General Questions
What devices can you repair?
We repair all smartphones available in the market including Apple, HTC, Samsung, Motorola, Blackberry, Nokia and Huawei smartphones.
How long does the average repair take?
Up to 72 hours, depending on the extent of the damage and the type of device. In some cases, we’re able to offer same-day repairs! Tell us more about your device and what you’re having trouble with to get a more accurate estimate.
Will I lose any of my data?
During most repair services, all data is kept intact. That said, there are a few repair procedures that can result in lost data. If serious software problems are encountered or there’s significant liquid damage, there’s a chance some data may be lost. If you have content on your device that’s especially important, let us know before we begin repairs and we’ll do our best to recover it.
What type of parts do you use for repairs?
In most cases, we use genuine, manufacturer-made parts. Occasionally, original parts are no longer available for particularly old devices. In these cases, we use generic versions of the originals, produced from the same factories.
What should I do if I spill water on my device?
First of all, don’t panic! If your device was on, shut it off immediately. If not, don’t turn it on. For cases of liquid damage, timing is critical. The sooner you call us to start your repair, the more likely it is that the device will be salvageable.
My phone turns on, but the screen is no longer responsive to touch. Does replacing the screen fix this issue?
No need to stress! We see this all the time. Often, when phones are dropped the impact causes damage to the digitizer. By replacing both the glass and digitizer, the touch functionality will be fully restored. For an accurate diagnosis, send us a photo of your screen or contact us to schedule a diagnostic appointment.
